As the Lead UX Designer, I lead the design of diverse digital experiences, including websites, web applications, mobile applications, and corporate branding initiatives. I am responsible for creating detailed user flows, site maps, customer journey maps, wireframes, high-fidelity mock-ups, prototypes, and other critical documentation to articulate user experience strategies to internal development teams.

Reporting directly to the Technology Director of Compliance Data Management, I was responsible for the UX/UI overhaul of the DCF Product (Data Control Framework website) using Figma, while supporting all of Corporate Risk. Coordinating with the business users and engineers to create a unified user experience,  look and feel across all applications in this space. Design thinking, research, personas, wireframes, testing, hi-fi design and branding.

Assigned to the API Program for web to design for business-critical APIs and other developer tools on internal and external facing portals for web and website. Responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs using Figma for Verizon’s digital products and services.

Assigned to the Digital Foundry & Operations team. Collaborated with the Enterprise Operations and product teams to bring a flexible, intuitive model to the delivery of large technology projects and enhancements. Worked and collaborated alongside team members of all levels of business stakeholders using Figma to wireframe, prototype, and final product design. Also trained team to use Figma to capture notes from all parties involved.

Lead the architecture and UX Design for both web and mobile products. Collaborated with international teams to overhaul the entire customer app and all related task  flows to meet specific best practices. Utilized customer data analysis and conducted usability studies. Produced wire frames, hi-fidelity comps,  personas, user flows, style guides and navigational structures to best suit the customer base
